What is Steam?
Valve's own PC store and launcher, where most PC games are activated. Buying here puts the game straight into your Steam library.
Is Steam safe?
As safe as it gets for PC games: you buy from the platform itself.
Refunds and buyer protection
Steam has a well-known refund policy for games you've played only briefly and bought recently; check Steam's refund page for the current terms.
What to watch out for
Full price outside sales, which is why key shops are often cheaper.
About its Trustpilot score
Steam's Trustpilot score is low because it doesn't invite reviews there, so the page mostly collects complaints. It isn't a sign of an unsafe store.
How Zemly lists Steam
We compare Steam's prices with other stores on every game page and update them at least twice a day. We only show keys that work in your country, label game accounts clearly, and never sell anything ourselves. Store policies change, so always check Steam's own help pages before you buy.
