The Dream Office

You've wrecked another car. This time, your wealthy father, a real estate developer, isn't giving you new keys.

He's giving you the keys to a dilapidated office building.

No cash. No mercy. No excuses.

Welcome to the Dream Office.

About the Game

In Office of Dreams, you are thrown into the depths of office management. Your task is simple (in theory): renovate a neglected office building, rent out its rooms, keep the tenants happy, and turn chaos into profit.

Clean, repair, furnish, and manage every square foot. Deal with damage, tenant requests, and daily disasters—sometimes figuratively, sometimes quite literally fires.

If the building starts making money... maybe one day it will finally be yours.

Renovate, Repair, Repeat

Get involved in practical management:

Clean up trash, wash floors, and restore neglected rooms

Repair walls, paint, tile, and furnish interiors

Sell useless junk to finance further repairs

Turn empty, broken spaces into functional offices

Every decision costs time and money — and bad choices come back to haunt you.

Manage Real Office Spaces

From offices and conference rooms to restrooms, hallways, and service areas—each area has its own role and challenges.

Poor planning leads to dissatisfied tenants. Smart management builds reputation... and revenue.

Tenants with Personality

Your tenants aren't just numbers.

They joke, dance, nap at work — and sometimes actually work. Every company has its own expectations:

Required equipment

Standards for comfort and cleanliness

Quiet workspaces... or a place for after-work parties

They love order—and they love office parties even more. You can clean up the mess later... but sometimes chaos leaves something valuable behind.

Keep the Building Alive

The office does not run itself:

Fix printers before someone throws them out the window

Maintain coffee machines—productivity depends on it

Respond to breakdowns, negligence, and emergencies

If you ignore problems for too long, they can turn into disasters

Money does not print itself. Even if the printer really wants to.

Hire Smart, Earn Daily

Receive regular rental offers from companies looking for specific premises.

Meet their requirements

Choose the right tenants

Balance risk, reputation, and stable income

Every day is a struggle for profit.

The Daily Struggle for Success

Work during the day, manage your spaces, rent premises, and keep everything running smoothly.

Maintain cleanliness, reputation, and functionality—or pay the price.

Because in office management, teamwork means: Everyone is responsible—so no one is to blame.

Will you turn a crumbling office building into a profitable business... or just another expensive life lesson?

The office of your dreams awaits.
