Each run is shaped by over 100 collectible items across four rarity tiers, a deep weapon unlock and upgrade system, and enemy encounters built around status effects — bleeding, burning, slowed, panicked. Three acts of escalating horror await, alongside a Daily Challenge mode with a globally seeded dungeon so you can compete against every other delver in the world.

Lose enough sanity and your mind starts fighting back against you. Cross a threshold, and it conjures curses you must face on the next level; enemies grow vicious, rules turn cruel. Pick one. No skipping, no rerolling.
